This pre-work is for the 20 Yuno leaders attending the 26 May Vision & Mission workshop. Sign in with your @y.uno Google account to continue.
Twenty Yuno leaders are coming together to set the company's direction for the next three years. Before we meet, we want every voice on the table — not just the loudest. This is your space.
You'll answer four questions, pick from a set of cards, and name three companies you'd want Yuno to be in conversation with. Takes around 12 minutes.
At the end, you'll see your own Vision Card — a one-pager that becomes part of how we open the workshop. Yours, named, on the screen.
Your name and role are part of the output. Your card will show them, and the workshop will group people partly by what they say here.
Not what we say in pitch decks. What Yuno actually is to the market, three years from now. The category we own, the trajectory we're on. Write it in your own words — we'll polish it later.
If Yuno disappeared tomorrow, what would be missing in the world that no one else would replace in the same way? Be honest. This is the answer that has to carry weight when the work gets hard.
The thing that compounds. The thing a well-funded competitor still couldn't replicate in 18 months. Cross-PSP data? Regulated network? AI leverage? Relationships? Pick the one you'd bet the company on.
When a leader has to pick between speed and quality, customer and margin, scope and focus — what's the rule? Name the two or three non-negotiables you'd defend even when they're expensive.
Not competitors. Companies whose posture we admire — how they hold themselves in the market, how they talk to customers, how they grow. One line on why each one.
No qualifiers, no hedges. The line you'd want printed on a poster in every Yuno office. This is the seed of the company's Vision statement.
Tip: read your answers above first. The one line usually lives inside them.
Synthesizing your archetype and shaping your one-pager.
This is the lens you bring into the room. Twenty leaders, twenty archetypes — together we triangulate.
